We can also assist with referral to a Finance Broker for advice on your borrowing capacity. If this is your first property purchase we’ll explain the market, pricing & desirable property traits. Our goal is to ensure you are well informed & confident when you decide to proceed with a purchase.
If the property is an investment, we’ll discuss your goals from purchase to disposal. We’ll agree desired annual returns, retention period & capital growth. Understanding where the investment fits with your financial plan will allow us to find the right type of property for your purpose.
